2. Categories of processed data

Bookings and tickets: name, e-mail, phone, visit date, selected experience, number of people.
Online shop: name, shipping address, e-mail, phone, order details.
Payments: processed by Global Payments gateway; we do not store card details.
AskRabbit chatbot: question text (anonymized), used only to provide answers and improve service quality.
Newsletter (optional): e-mail address.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Processing your order and providing the service or delivering goods — performance of a contract.
Issuing tax documents and bookkeeping — compliance with a legal obligation.
Handling enquiries and customer communication — legitimate interest.
Sending news (newsletter) — based on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Retention period

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose. Data on tax documents is retained for the period required by accounting and tax law. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until the consent is withdrawn.

5. Recipients

Global Payments (GP webpay) — payment processing.
Zásilkovna — delivery of goods.
E-mail service provider — sending confirmations and tickets.
Hosting and database — website operation and order storage.
AI assistant provider — processing questions entered into the chatbot.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz). Requests should be sent to visit@beermuseum.cz.
