1. Seller identification

2. Delivery
Electronic tickets: Delivered immediately by e-mail after successful payment as a PDF with a QR code. Either a digital or printed QR code is accepted at the museum entrance.
Merchandise:In-store pickup at the museum (Husova 21, Prague 1) free of charge, or delivery via Zásilkovna to an address or pickup point in the Czech Republic. The shipping cost is shown in the cart before checkout. Goods are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment; the carrier's delivery time is added.
3. Cancellation
A ticket is purchased for a specific visit date. This is a contract for the provision of leisure-time activities on a specified date under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, for which the consumer has no right to withdraw within the 14-day period. Beyond the statutory minimum we offer:
- Date change free of charge at the latest 24 hours before the start of the booked entry, subject to availability, upon a request sent to visit@beermuseum.cz.
- Cancellation with a 90% refund (10% cancellation fee) when cancelled at the latest 48 hours before the start of the entry. After this deadline, and for unused tickets, the price is non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued by bank transfer to the payment method used, unless agreed otherwise. For tickets, the price is refunded under the cancellation terms (section 3) without undue delay after the cancellation is approved. For goods bought in the e-shop, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt (Section 1829 of the Civil Code); we refund the price including delivery costs (up to the cheapest delivery option offered) within 14 days of withdrawal, but no earlier than after the goods are returned or their dispatch is proven.
5. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, seat at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, ID 000 20 869, web adr.coi.cz) is the competent authority for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
